We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on individual who takes pride in maintaining an efficient warehouse operation and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management Help maintain accurate inventory stock levels and organized storage areas Prepare customer orders and large product shipments for Amazon warehouses Assist with processing returned items and converting them into sellable condition when applicable Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized at all times Shipping & Logistics Monitor shipments and deliveries using ShipStation and other shipping platforms Verify shipping accuracy and assist in ensuring timely order fulfillment Prepare and process shipping paperwork and documentation Help track warehouse workflow and operational efficiency Team Support Work closely with warehouse leadership to support daily operations Assist team members when needed and help maintain a positive work environment Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic Qualifications Product packing and shipping experience required Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and technology platforms Fast computer learning abilities and critical thinking skills Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to lift over 50 pounds Benefits Full-time position $20 per hour Vacation and PTO Health Insurance Additional benefits to be determined based on length of employment
