Job Description:
Lead all warehouse operations — receiving, inventory, cold storage, production support, repacking, and shipping — for a fast-paced fresh produce operation. Apply industrial engineering principles, including time and motion studies, to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and labor productivity. Develop KPIs and productivity standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and employees to build a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and OSHA standards while partnering with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Food Safety, Sales, and Accounting. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of progressive warehouse operations leadership experience. Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems. Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. at elitestaffing partners.com IND-EL
