Delivery Supervisor

Come Join the Pepsi Team! Refreshment Services Pepsi is seeking a Full-Time Delivery Supervisors to join our talented team and make a difference! We are looking for a self-motivated applicant who will be responsible for leading and directing our Delivery Driver Team. This role will oversee the daily delivery operations ensuring efficient and effective deliveries to our customers. In this position the Delivery Supervisor will plan, organize, develop, lead, coach, mentor, and direct our delivery team to help achieve the best customer service to our customers in accordance with company goals, policies, and departmental budget. The ideal applicant will effectively represent the organization and nurture a culture of safety, responsibility and accountability and high morale amongst the delivery team and other departments. The position is in Tallahassee, Florida. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate with two or more years of experience in delivery, operations, manufacturing, or distribution supervisor position. In this position you will be supervising 4 to 6 employees. What experience do you have supervising multiple employees? In this position you may need to cover an employee's route for a day, or a week, etc. while the employee is on vacation, sick, etc. Do you have any issues with covering a delivery route? In this role, you will be providing coaching to our employees. Please provide an example of coaching experience. In this role, you will be motivating your team to complete task timely and efficiently, while being accurate. Please provide an example of how you would motivate them.
