Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize logistics workflows, and uphold safety standards to support our company's growth and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment where proactive management and strategic thinking are highly valued. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of warehouse including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure seamless operations. Schedule and dispatch crews, crane operators, forklift operators, and drivers across multiple active jobs throughout Florida. Communicate with management & sales team regarding project requirements (scope, equipment needs, and crew size). Coordinate equipment availability (crane, forklifts up to 60,000 lbs, trucks, dollies, robotic skates) to avoid conflicts and downtime. Unload and load items or equipment when needed. Ensure company mechanic is addressing any equipment issues by reviewing PO's and scheduling repairs Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse activities. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse operations. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a warehouse or logistics environment. Problem-solver who stays calm when a schedule needs to change on short notice Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts and mechanical tools safely and efficiently. Will need to be forklift certified if not already. Excellent communication skills to coordinate teams effectively and relay information clearly across departments. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe workplace. Competence in using Microsoft Office and Google Docs applications for reporting, planning, and documentation tasks.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
