Carrier Climate Solutions Americas (CSA) has a role open for a Distribution Centers Order Manager to drive Distribution Centers on-time-delivery for the HVAC business in North America . Partnering closely with SIOP, Customer Services, and Manufacturing, this leader will play a critical role in ensuring efficient order management to optimize revenue recognition while delivering world-class customer satisfaction. He/she will orchestrate process optimization and daily execution for order management across Transportation and multiple Distribution Centers in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Key Responsibilities Drive customer on-time-delivery and past due metrics for distribution centers, aligned with customer expectations. Champion a customer-centric culture and ensure best-in-class customer experience by setting and exceeding service level agreements for order management. Proactively identify orders that will be at risk, driving actions to mitigate. Prioritize units in-transit allocated to customer orders. Partner with customer services to manage escalations and priorities, driving execution. Align daily and monthly capacity with SIOP and Distribution Centers. Drive cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth customer services, manufacturing, DC's, and transportation integration. Analyze data and regularly report on operational performance to executive management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and lead a high-performing team of order management specialists. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (advanced degree preferred). 5+ years in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, transportation, or operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS
