Warehouse Manager:
Manage daily warehouse operations including customer inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and general warehouse duties to ensure timely and quality delivery of products. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, and fostering a motivated team culture focused on continuous improvement. Oversee warehouse to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, and small package carriers such as UPS and FedEx to optimize transportation planning and freight management. Implement process improvements utilizing Lean principles and supply chain analytics to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance overall performance. Qualifications of the
Warehouse Manager:
Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems and/or ERP platforms such as SAP or similar systems, and analytics tools. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to optimize workflows. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
