Having recently implemented Netsuite ERP, we are ready to transition away from manual workflow. The ideal candidate will balance operational leadership with process improvements, laying the groundwork for future barcoding.
Process Modernization:
Lead the transition from manual paperwork by integrating workflows into NetSuite ERP.
Documentation & SOPs:
Create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse functions to ensure operational consistency.
Training & Onboarding:
Build a training program based on SOPs to smoothly onboard new hires and upskill current staff.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and support warehouse staff to foster a high-morale, collaborative and high-performing culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve order issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Safety & Maintenance:
Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. Oversee regular forklift maintenance and safety protocols.
Experience:
3+ years of experience managing a warehouse or distribution environment.
ERP Proficiency:
Comfortable utilizing inventory management software or ERPs (NetSuite experience is a plus).
Leadership Style:
A supportive leader who enjoys building team morale while driving operational discipline and change. Salary will be discussed : 401(k) Matching Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Paid holidays
Pay:
$1.00 - $10.00 per hour
