Job Description

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, material handling, storage, shipping, cycle counting, and parts orders, and raw materials. This position ensures inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, timely customer shipments, compliance with safety regulations, and effective leadership of warehouse personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Ensure customer orders are shipped on time. Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and workflows. Monitor warehouse capacity and optimize storage locations. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with Purchasing and Production. Ensure inventory transactions are entered accurately into the ERP system. Track obsolete, damaged, and slow-moving inventory. Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices where applicable. Shipping & Receiving Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments. Verify receiving documentation against purchase orders. Ensure outbound shipments meet customer specifications and carrier requirements. Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and export documentation when required. Leadership & Staff Management Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees. Schedule staffing to meet production and shipping demands. Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent warehouse management experience. 5-7 years of warehouse leadership experience in manufacturing. Experience in electrical, electronics, LED lighting, or industrial manufacturing preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices. Experience using ERP systems (such as Genius ERP, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
