Warehouse Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) - Evento (Party & Event Rentals) Join a Growing Buisness! Evento is a fast-growing event rental company dedicated to helping create unforgettable events of all sizes. We provide a wide range of rental equipment, including tents, staging, tables, chairs, linens, food service equipment, and event accessories for weddings, corporate events, festivals, private parties, and more. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to become a key member of our leadership team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading people, solving problems, and helping build efficient operations, we'd love to meet you. Position Summary The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring rental equipment is organized, maintained, and ready for delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate has warehouse management experience and preferably comes from the party rental, event rental, tent rental, staging, or equipment rental industry and is ready to jump in with the team fo deliveries and set up. Responsibilities Manage all daily warehouse operations. Lead, train, motivate, and schedule warehouse staff. Maintain accurate inventory of rental equipment. Ensure all tents, staging, tables, chairs, linens, food equipment, and other rental items are cleaned, inspected, repaired, and event-ready. Coordinate with the office and delivery teams to ensure orders are accurate and prepared on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Oversee loading and unloading of delivery trucks. Monitor equipment quality and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed. Improve warehouse efficiency and help develop better operational processes. Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish. Experience in the party rental industry, event rental, tent rental, staging, is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Forklift certification or experience is a plus. Valid driver's license.
