Develop leadership capabilities, assessing skills and crafting developmental plans for future leaders. Cultivate a safe and supportive workplace environment that engages both associates and leaders. Execute business plans for fulfillment operations, ensuring alignment across business segments to meet stakeholder and customer needs. Identify and implement solutions to enhance productivity, optimize inventory management processes and minimize part breakage for improved service delivery. Collaborate with field stakeholders to enhance processes, ensuring exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experiences that exceed quality standards. Oversee fulfillment site P&L, partnering with leaders to achieve financial goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site. Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices. What You'll Need Valid state-issued driver's license required and any other license(s) (as required by federal, state, and local laws) to operate a company vehicle; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR). 3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred. Experience with Koerber or related WMS software preferred. Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
