Job DescriptionThis role is for our Greenwood, IN warehouse. HOWEVER, you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training. Shift Information

• 6AM-230PMOvertime may be required for shift coverage or operational needsKey ResponsibilitiesEnter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locationsVerify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initialsUpdate the inbound schedule in Microsoft TeamsMonitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issuesScan "checked out" paperwork and file documentation appropriatelyWork EnvironmentOffice and warehouse settingFast-paced, team-oriented environmentFrequent use of computers, scanners, phones, and radiosQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperiencePrevious experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams, shipping systems, and general office softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsPersonality TraitsDetail-oriented and accurateStrong communication skills•written and verbalAbility to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environmentCustomer-service mindsetAdditional InformationPay/Benefits/Perks$18.
