Oversee inventory, personnel, and fulfillment while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management — Direct daily pharmacy operations, compliance, quality assurance, and workflow optimization. Inventory Control — Manage ordering, stocking, shipping, and medical equipment. Team Leadership — Train, supervise, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and support staff. Patient Services — Oversee delivery services, clinical monitoring, and patient care coordination.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field (PharmD preferred). 5+ years in pharmacy operations or informatics. Experience with pharmacy systems (Epic, EnterpriseRx, PioneerRx, etc.). Strong leadership, compliance, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional teams. Licensure in Indiana. Experience with automation, robotics, or warehouse systems. Project Management or Pharmacy Informatics certification.Pay:
$165,000.00 - $175,000.00 per yearBenefits:
