This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on problem-solving and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee safety, efficiency, and team performance while driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Direct and coach your team to achieve daily operational goals Ensure compliance to EHS, quality, and employee relations standards Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements that optimize cost, efficiency, and product integrity while eliminating waste and process variation Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and teamwork Lead your team's daily shift start-up meetings and actively contribute input during the site's daily production meetings Identify cost-saving opportunities and support financial planning process Manage labor plans and daily demands, making real-time decisions to optimize service and cost Participate in internal and external audits and resolve findings effectively Support hiring and talent development within your department Troubleshoot WMS issues and support system improvements Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience, distribution center environment preferred Comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills Teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with different levels within the organization
