JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking candidates to join our Home Daily Delivery Fleet as a Delivery Helperat our Paducah, KY facility and our Effingham, IL satellite location. This is a great entry level position with opportunities for advancement.

JOB DUTIES

| What Exactly Will I Be Doing? This job involves assisting the delivery driver to unload grocery and related retail products directly to our customers. Responsibilities include the safe and gentle handling of products from the truck to inside the customer's location, properly accounting for the number of items per stop, documenting quantities and condition of products, receiving returned items from customer, obtaining proof of delivery signatures and any COD payments, and collecting empty totes to be returned to the warehouse. Other related duties can involve assisting the driver with navigation and keeping up with paperwork during the travel time between delivery stops. This job has considerable physical demands and good customer service skills are required as you will be the face of the company in front of the customer.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday approximately 4am-2pm Shifts generally will be 8-10 hours a day depending on the number of stops and volume of freight. PAY This is a salaried position with a weekly pay schedule. Entry pay scale is $150/day during a 90-day probationary period after which pay increase will be based on job performance.
