Warehouse Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

: The warehouse manager will oversee the daily control systems for raw ingredient management, production supplies , and finish goods inventory for the plant to reduce/control cost . Implement employee safety and food safety quality initiatives . Manage a small hourly employee crew , implementing culture to develop good supportive work environments . S upport company policies and procedures to drive to excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

: Inventory management, cycle c ounting, data entry and reporting , supervision , process controls, mathematical formulas, leadership, policy enforcement, computer software systems, production equipment , presentation skills , dairy processing.

COMPETENCIES

Mathematical skills, computer/software systems, organizational and multitasking skills, process controls concepts, mobile equipment operation experiences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education:

B.S or B.A Degree or minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing processes.

Required Experience:

Manufacturing processes, labeling knowledge, inventory management knowledge, dairy processing knowledge.
