This is a true leadership role — you'll own the P&L, develop the team, grow the customer base, and set the standard for how the branch performs. If you're a hands-on leader who knows how to drive results without losing sight of the people behind them, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. What You'll Do Lead all branch operations across sales, service, parts, and administration Own the branch P&L — hit financial targets, control costs, and grow revenue Build and maintain strong customer relationships while developing new business Develop, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing team Partner with corporate leadership on strategy, staffing, and market growth Implement best practices across departments and represent the company with key accounts
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$70,000
  • $90,000
DOE Bonus:
Annual performance bonus

No overtime expectation What We're Looking For 5+ years in industrial equipment, distribution, or a related industry 2+ years in branch, operations, or team leadership Proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a customer-facing team Strong business acumen — planning, problem solving, and communication Customer-first mindset with a track record of building lasting relationships Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or equivalent experience preferred Why This Role?
