Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating organized operations, maintaining a safe workplace, and helping teams perform at their best? We're looking for a Safety + Operations Support Manager to oversee warehouse operations, contents management, fleet maintenance, and company safety initiatives while leading a team that delivers exceptional service every day. This is a dynamic leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing people, processes, and problem-solving. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently, our fleet stays operational, our safety program remains compliant, and our contents are handled with the highest level of care. What You'll Do Lead all warehouse operations, including organization, cleanliness, and inventory management Manage contents pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs with accuracy and attention to detail Oversee equipment, supplies, and inventory to ensure teams have the tools they need Manage company fleet maintenance, inspections, and compliance Coordinate OSHA documentation, safety training, respirator fit testing, and incident reporting Conduct warehouse and safety inspections while driving continuous improvement Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable for quality, safety, and performance Ensure company standards are met while creating an organized, efficient, and safe work environment What We're Looking For 2-4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, restoration, or inventory management Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience managing inventory, equipment, or fleet operations Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA compliance Excellent communication and leadership abilities Comfortable using technology for inventory, documentation, scheduling, and reporting Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Preferred:
Experience in the restoration, disaster recovery, moving, or construction industries. SERVPRO experience is a plus. Why Join Our Team?
