Warehouse Manager

Job Summary Nantuk is seeking a highly hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and execute daily warehouse operations across our ecommerce and B2B distribution channels. This is not a desk role, you will be directly involved in receiving, unloading, palletizing, picking, packing, and shipping orders while also managing the team and driving operational performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and is comfortable working physically alongside the team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, unload trucks/containers, and verify quantities
• Palletize, organize, and put away inventory efficiently
• Depalletize and stage product for picking and distribution
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment (parcel and pallet)
• Load trucks for local deliveries and carrier pickups
• Process and manage orders through ShipHero WMS
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Train, supervise, and lead warehouse staff from the front
• Perform cycle counts and maintain organized inventory
• Coordinate shipping with carriers and manage returns
• Improve workflows, layout, and operational efficiency
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean workspace Qualifications
• 5+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with WMS platforms (ShipHero preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory and shipping workflows
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor daily Physical Requirements

• Regularly unload shipments and palletize/unpalletize

$65,729.03
