Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) and keep the team synchronized on goals and progress Remove blockers and identify obstacles that slow delivery, escalating when needed to unblock engineering and product teams Coordinate delivery workstreams across engineering, product, and operations to keep initiatives moving toward milestones Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, translating technical work into business context Help track delivery metrics, cycle time, and team velocity to inform decisions and highlight trends Support cross-functional planning and help align teams around product roadmaps and release schedules Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to refine priorities and resolve dependencies What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 2-5 years of experience in delivery coordination, project management, Agile delivery, or a related role Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working within Agile or Scrum frameworks Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work across engineering, product, and business functions Experience identifying and removing blockers in fast-moving environments Familiarity with delivery coordination tools such as Jira Comfort with metrics-driven decision making and ability to track and communicate delivery health Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field Nice-to-have qualifications could include: Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile training Experience in product-led or metrics-driven organizations Background working with distributed or remote teams What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Direct involvement in coordinating product delivery and helping shape how teams execute Exposure to product strategy, roadmap decisions, and metrics that drive business outcomes Opportunity to build strong cross-functional relationships and develop stakeholder management skills Potential to develop deeper expertise in delivery leadership and progression toward senior coordination or program management roles A contract position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on focused, delivery-critical initiatives Engagement in a fast-paced, product-focused environment About Specialist Staffing Group Specialist Staffing Group partners with leading organizations to build high-performing teams and fill critical delivery, technical, and product roles.
