Agile delivery coordination, cross-functional program leadership, product roadmap execution What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Coordinating delivery across engineering, product and operations teams to keep roadmaps moving toward release Facilitating Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and user story creation with product and engineering stakeholders Identifying and removing blockers that slow delivery or impede cross-functional progress Maintaining program metrics, timeline visibility and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders Managing stakeholder expectations across product, engineering, design and go-to-market teams Supporting team velocity, sprint planning and release readiness Contributing to delivery process improvement and Agile best practices across the program What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of program or project management experience, including demonstrated delivery leadership in Agile environments 2-5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams or managing program-level initiatives Proficiency with Agile delivery tools, including Jira, and comfort facilitating Agile ceremonies Skill in user story creation, backlog refinement and translating product vision into delivery roadmaps Strong stakeholder management and ability to align engineering, product and operations around shared goals Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have experience includes certification in program management (PgMP, PMP or CSM), exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe), or prior experience in product-led organizations.
