Description Apple has an exceptional opportunity for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) within the Hardware Technologies team to drive SoC architecture convergence across power delivery and power management. In this role, you will drive power delivery and power management definition during concept phase of SoC development.

You will be working closely with Platform, System and critical Power Management IP architects during concept phases of the SoC product lifecycle, to enable next generation of performant and power efficient SoCs for all of Apple's products. Responsibilities Coordinating and driving power delivery and power management investigations, including multi-functional alignment on feasibility criteria, technology risks and mitigation plans. Partnering with SoC, system and software teams to align, track, and drive cohesive support plans for power management features. Supporting key architecture reviews, driving multi-functional adoption, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Minimum Qualifications BS in Engineering field + 10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in SoC architecture or design with exposure to system/SW integration. Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications Ability to rapidly develop a deep understanding of power delivery and power management, and to drive multi-functional analysis and decision-making. Skilled at filtering and synthesizing large volumes of technical data, distilling and repackaging key trade-offs for the right audience to enable critical decisions. Proven track record of thriving in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering environment with strong multi-tasking abilities. Proven success in leading large multi-functional leadership forums with a collaborative, solutions-focused mentality. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $154,600 and $274,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
