Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution center activities, assist in managing a dedicated team, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize inventory control, and uphold safety standards, all while fostering a motivated and efficient work environment. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Order Management Procurement & Sourcing:
Order, track, label, and store inventory items with precision. Verify product pricing and source purchases from the best-value vendors.
Stock & Backorders:
Maintain appropriate stock levels for regularly used items based on lead times and usage patterns. Actively source and manage back-ordered products to ensure timely delivery.
Returns & Credits:
Oversee Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and follow through to ensure proper vendor credits and refunds are secured.
System Accuracy:
Conduct regular cycle counts and oversee the accuracy of inventory records within
Cross-Departmental Logistics & Support Staging Orders:
Efficiently stage orders for construction, maintenance, renovations, and service projects.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Construction and Pool Maintenance Supervisors to track project orders, pull items for construction and maintenance, and meet project deadlines.
Equipment & Technical Maintenance:
Willingness and ability to learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pool pumps, motors, and other pool and spa equipment, as needed to support field operations. Safety & Compliance Enforce safety protocols adhering strictly to OSHA standards , materials handling procedures, and warehouse safety best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Qualifications & Skills Industry Experience:
Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a construction, trade service, or similar fast-paced environment.
Logistics & Inventory Mastery:
Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, logistics coordination, and inventory control techniques.
Salesforce & Tech Savvy:
Competence in Google (Sheets, Docs, Email) for reporting, documentation, and communication. Ability and willingness to learn inventory software utilized.
Process Improvement:
Skilled in workflow optimization techniques to continuously streamline warehouse operations.
Leadership & Communication:
Excellent team management skills with the demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively across diverse departments.
Safety & OSHA Knowledge:
Solid working knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations, materials handling, and hazardous materials.
Equipment Operation:
Ability to safely operate or oversee the operation of forklifts, material handling equipment, and heavy machinery.
