Job Description
A growing organization is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our production and warehouse operations. You'll oversee daily operations, manage a team, and help drive efficiency using Lean principles — all in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. What you'll do: Lead daily warehouse/production operations, including forklift and baler use Hire, train, schedule, and manage warehouse and maintenance staff Oversee equipment maintenance and safety programs (OSHA compliant) Track KPIs, manage inventory, and improve process flow Manage shipping, receiving, and invoicing What you'll need: Associate's degree (or 2+ years additional experience) 4+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics 3+ years supervisory experience Forklift experience (OSHA certification a plus); baler experience preferred Valid driver's license, insurable Comfortable with Microsoft Office Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
