Sorting Warehouse Manager - Lead from the
Floor and Keep Operations Moving Pay Rate:
$20-23/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Assignment Length:
Temp-to-Hire Our client is hiring a Sorting Warehouse Manager in Hermon to join their team in a hands-on leadership role. This opening for a motivated individual ready to step into a working supervisor position. This position pays $20-23/hour and is temp-to-hire , offering a clear path to long-term employment. Typical daily duties:
Oversee presort operations, ensuring timely pickup, processing, and delivery of mail (including coordination with USPS) Supervise and schedule staff, assign roles, cross-train team members, and support hiring and onboarding Manage inventory, warehouse organization, equipment maintenance, and fleet upkeep (including company vehicles and deliveries) What we're looking for: Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred, with strong ability to prioritize and multitask Valid driver's license with ability to operate a Class C vehicle Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with comfort in general labor duties To be considered for this Sorting Warehouse Manager opening in Hermon, please contact us using any of the methods below.
