Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator . As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible to provide clerical support for the warehouse. Shipping and Receiving Reporting Daily Shipping Report Scan Inbound/Outbound Paperwork to all customers Assist with Returns / PC-Returns / Damages / VODS / RTPs. Assist with Label and Insert Cage daily operations. Print Shippers -Match with packing slips and bring to shipping dock. Manage the samples process in coordination with S&R Material Handler personnel. Correct paperwork errors. File corrected paperwork. Work with all departments on incoming packages review, receipt, and delivery. Checks in all incoming and outgoing drivers and assigns dock doors. Manages cycle counts and generates cycle count lists. Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies. Prepare customer inventory reports. Process obsolete/returns/rejects materials directed by the customer. Manages Verification of Destruction process. Adherence to all company policies and procedures. Assists with updates to company policies and procedures. Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system using the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions. Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset. Assists with Training and Orientation, as needed. Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance. Ensures proper PPE's and Safety procedures are followed. Flexibly to work other shifts, maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred. 3+ years' experience in a similar environment. The ability to work independently, without supervision required. Ability to organize priorities and workload required.Pay Range:
