GRAND RAPIDS BEDDING
is seeking an organized, dependable, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, staff supervision, safety compliance, and ensuring efficient product movement throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with warehouse experience who can maintain accuracy, improve efficiency, and support a positive team environment. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Coordinate deliveries and inbound shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Enforce company policies and safety procedures Operate or oversee operation of forklifts and material handling equipment Monitor warehouse performance and identify process improvements Collaborate with management to meet operational goals Handle basic reporting and documentation QualificationsRequired 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory systems Preferred Forklift certification Experience with warehouse management software Experience in furniture, mattress, manufacturing, or distribution environments Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour (based on experience) Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Employee discounts Stable, growing company environment Overtime opportunities available Schedule Monday-Friday Day Shift Full-Time Occasional overtime as needed
