We are seeking a dependable, organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and oversee the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products to customers and job sites. This role manages warehouse staff, coordinates delivery schedules, maintains inventory accuracy, supports fleet readiness, and ensures excellent customer service from order preparation through final delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps operations running smoothly, and values safety, communication, and follow-through.
Requirements:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging, loading, and delivery preparation. Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure products arrive accurately, safely, and on time. Supervise, train, schedule, and support warehouse and delivery drivers. Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate inventory audits. Ensure all orders are picked, loaded, and documented correctly before leaving the warehouse. Monitor delivery vehicles, equipment, tools, and warehouse facilities to ensure they are safe, clean, organized, and properly maintained. Promote and enforce safety procedures, including proper lifting, equipment operation, vehicle safety, and warehouse housekeeping. Communicate with sales, service, operations, and customer-facing teams regarding delivery timing, order status, special instructions, and issue resolution. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflow, delivery efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Address delivery concerns, damaged product issues, inventory discrepancies, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner. Qualified Candidates will
Have:
Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, distribution, and customer service. Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to read work orders, delivery paperwork, inventory records, and basic reports. Comfortable using warehouse, inventory, routing, or business software systems. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Forklift experience required. Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and excellent customer service Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the day. Ability to lift and move heavy products and assist warehouse personnel as needed. Ability to work full-time in a warehouse and delivery operations environment. Ability to work a varying schedule based on business needs, delivery volume, and customer commitments. Able to start work at 6:00 a.m.
