Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient logistics and distribution. This role requires strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management, and proficiency with warehouse management systems. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting overall business growth. Duties Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Oversee transportation planning and manage freight logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective transportation solutions. Implement process improvements utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Manage warehouse distribution, procurement, and purchasing activities to maintain optimal stock levels. Utilize ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and supply chain analytics to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Supervise forklift operations, fleet management, and materials handling to ensure safety and compliance. Develop budgets, perform demand planning, production planning, and supply chain management to align with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment for all staff. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a logistics or supply chain environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding, shipping & receiving processes, and inventory management. Familiarity with procurement processes including purchasing, materials management, and demand planning. Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership, safety protocols, and operational excellence. Proficiency in transportation planning, fleet management, dispatching, and logistics coordination. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain management metrics and reporting tools. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year based upon experience.
