This role is responsible for managing warehouse processes, supervising team members, maintaining inventory accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Manage, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and accountability. Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse SOPs, workflows, and performance standards. Monitor team performance and establish performance evaluation criteria. Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and stock accuracy to ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date. Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and workflow processes to improve efficiency and space utilization. Ensure warehouse safety procedures are followed and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure warehouse tools and equipment are used safely and properly. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, customer service, and other departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of WMS or ERP systems. Analyze warehouse data, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for the General Manager. Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to reduce errors, improve productivity, and control costs. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience. At least 2 years of supervisory or warehouse management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and safety standards. Automotive Refinish Paint industry experience preferred. Experience with inventory management systems, WMS, or ERP systems preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure. Forklift certification or logistics-related certifications are preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable, responsible, and able to lead by example.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
