Job Description
Warehouse Manager Full-Time | Monday-Friday (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at team leadership, and brings strong operational and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution Develop and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and system reconciliation Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to meet scheduling deadlines Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Oversee loading/unloading and secure transport of equipment and materials Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment condition Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and suppliers Analyze inventory trends, manage purchasing needs, and negotiate pricing with suppliers Monitor budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures Protect company assets and confidential information Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution management Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with shipping, receiving, and load securement preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift 15-30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and operating equipment Ability to perform physically active work in a warehouse environment Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who leads by example Strong communicator who can work across teams Someone who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement A proactive problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and accuracy Why Join Us?
