Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Manager/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will oversee warehouse operations while also handling transportation duties to ensure timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in logistics and distribution management, ready to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Key Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
3-5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff supervision.Class A CDL:
To be considered for this post, candidates must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle driving record that meets the standards set by CCBCHC. Class A CDL required. We have a semi- truck and trailer, a dock truck, and a sprinter van.Technical Skills:
Computer proficient. Experience with Intuit QuickBooks preferred. But will train.Soft Skills:
Superior communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving abilities, and must be organized.Physical/Legal:
Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly, operate forklifts, and have thorough knowledge of federal and state occupational safety regulations.Inbound/Outbound Logistics:
Manage receiving docks, carrier relationships, and dispatch operations to meet strict delivery deadlines. Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments Scheduling incoming deliveries Communicating with trucking companies to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained Unloading incoming shipments and checking their paperwork, such as purchase orders Inspecting shipments for damaged or missing products Organizing items and storing them in the correct location Picking and transporting items to fulfill orders Packing, labeling, and documenting items for outgoing shipping Processing and documenting returns and reshelving items Operating machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and repeatedly lifting cases of wine that weigh 40 pounds each. Cleaning and organizing warehouse work areas to support fire safety, such as designating areas for flammable materials Participating in occasional audits and inventory counts Coordinating and planning daily shipping routes We offer these benefits:- Two weeks paid vacation per year (prorated for the time that you start working this year)

- $4,000 after taxes per year to go toward your retirement
- Starting hourly rate is $30 per hour with a pay increase available after six months.
- Overtime is available after 40 hours worked per week.
