Recruiting for this role ends on 11/15/2026 Work you'll do As an Oracle ERP Delivery Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Oracle Operate team, you will be responsible for: + Leading assigned Oracle ERP workstreams or service areas across transition, stabilization, steady-state operations, and enhancements + Coordinating day-to-day support for Oracle ERP and connected applications, including service requests, incidents, issues, and enhancements + Managing client relationships for assigned delivery areas and communicating status, risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to client and engagement leadership + Executing delivery governance, including status reporting, key performance indicators, service-level agreements, action tracking, risk management, escalation management, and quality management + Supporting staffing, financial tracking, scheduling, prioritization, and resource coordination for assigned delivery areas while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency through automation, analytics, and Generative AI + Supporting proposals, solution sizing, operating model development, and client presentations while mentoring and providing guidance to team members + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product + Ability to build and sustain professional relationships + Ability to lead projects or workstreams + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor + Ability to meet deadlines + Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others Our Enterprise Operations as a Service Oracle Operate team helps organizations maximize the value To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
