Distribution Branch Manager Location:
2925 Chief Court, Dallas, NC 28034
Work Hours:

The Dixon Group is looking for a Distribution Branch Manager to join our team in Dallas, NC! The Distribution Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of distribution specialists, and ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of materials. This role plays a key part in optimizing inventory flow, improving processes, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the distribution branch Foster and maintain a safe, compliant work environment Monitor and achieve key performance metrics, including shipping accuracy, timeliness, and error reduction Evaluate staffing levels and recommend adjustments based on operational needs Oversee inventory flow and identify opportunities for process improvement Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance Manage employee productivity, performance, and engagement Address operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently Provide excellent customer service via phone, in-person interactions, and order processing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent required. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or supervising teams Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and problem-solving capability Spanish language proficiency preferred
