Job Description

Join a dynamic team as our Mail Services & Facilities Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in keeping our Greensboro office running smoothly. From mail operations to facilities support, you'll ensure employees and guests enjoy a seamless, professional experience every day. What You'll Do Partner closely with the Manager of Administrative Services on daily operations and special projects. Work collaboratively with our New York and Jersey City teams to maintain mail services continuity. Lead all mailroom functions, including shipping/receiving and special mail projects. Keep copier stations and staff pantries stocked, organized, and functioning. Manage employee parking logistics. Supervise the receptionist and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Oversee the facilities technician and routine maintenance tasks (HVAC checks, AED/CPR equipment, painting, keys, etc.). Support training room setup, food service, and event needs. Supervise a small team and coordinate vendor relationships. Process vendor invoices for Accounts Payable. What You Bring Strong knowledge of office services and facilities operations. A positive leadership style and ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office. 3+ years of relevant experience; HS diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, or reaching overhead.

From $25.00 per hour
