Benefits within your first 30 days (medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan) Long term, temporary-to-permanent opportunity Brand new office facility Job Description Print and audit open bill of ladings, then distribute them to distribution center staff for processing and shipping. Audit shipped bill of ladings and process them in SAP to update inventory and shipping information. Determine freight charges and input them into SAP. Schedule inbound deliveries and shipments with outside trucking companies. Check in drivers and assign them to proper dock doors for loading/offloading. 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri Qualifications Experience with data entry and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, preferably with pivot tables. Familiarity with SAP and logistics operations. Strong analytical skills for reports and identifying discrepancies. Excellent clerical and administrative support skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
