What You Will Do:

Develop strong relationships with your key stakeholders, be recognized as a valued partner and influence business decisions. Quickly develop a deep understanding of your category and effectively communicate your vision to different levels of the organization. Translate and prioritize global category strategy for local needs. Proactive exchange with global sourcing teams to help influence global initiatives Develop and implement RFP's to meet / exceed performance objectives including financial and sustainability goals. Effective use of your negotiations skills to clearly define objectives in the contract with SLAs. Manage/consolidate category spend analytics and financial reporting Own/ develop a strong supplier base and bring efficiencies for your category partners. Build KPI's and guide greater productivity through a total cost of ownership approach

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or greater in related discipline 5+ years of experience in Sourcing; preferably in Retail, POS/Temporary displays and/or print Strong project management, negotiation, sourcing, and analytical skills Knowledge and experience in Retail sector preferred Ability to present and tell a story through financial data Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Knowledge of SRM/SAP systems (optional)

$90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
