Project Manager -
Contents Restoration & Operations Location:
Morris County, NJ (Field & Facility-based)
Pay:
$60,000 - $80,000/year (Base Salary)

Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field and back-office operations for a premier disaster contents restoration provider in Morris County, NJ. After property damage from fire, water, or mold, our team helps families and businesses recover what matters most. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a supportive team that invests in its people through paid training, strong career advancement paths, and modern industry technology.
Key Responsibilities Production & Field Leadership:
Lead site inspections, contents inventorying, pack-out, restorative cleaning, storage, and pack-back operations.
Crew Supervision:
Recruit, train, and manage on-site technicians, material handlers, and labor staff to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
Estimating & Tech:
Use inventory software (iCat) to prepare accurate, carrier-ready estimates within target timelines.
Carrier & Client Relations:
Serve as a clear point of contact for property owners, insurance adjusters, and vendors regarding job status, scope, and timelines.
Fleet & Safety Management:
Safely operate and maintain specialized equipment and fleet vehicles (box trucks, forklifts, trailers) while enforcing SDS and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with computers and digital tools (iPad, Google Suite, inventory software like iCat/PSA).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client and adjuster interactions.
Physical Ability:
Able to lift and manipulate items weighing 50-75 lbs (with assistance).
Leadership & Drive:
Self-starter with a strong customer-service mindset and proven leadership capabilities.
Background & Driving:
Valid U.S. driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation to the facility.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 base salary equivalent
