  • Lead end-to-end release governance and Hypercare operations for multi-project digital releases.
  • Plan and execute post-go-live stabilization activities, including daily triage, remediation tracking, and closure validation.
  • Enforce SLA adherence for defect resolution and stabilization milestones.
  • Own the defect lifecycle from identification through closure across UAT and production environments.
  • Coordinate defect remediation with vendor engineering teams and internal technology partners.
  • Track, report, and validate defect closure metrics to ensure measurable quality outcomes.
  • Own and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) across digital initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks, escalate blockers, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain standardized RAID governance frameworks and escalation paths.
  • Act as the primary delivery coordination point between IT, PMO, product owners, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly forums for issue resolution, release readiness, and executive updates.
  • Ensure alignment across parallel initiatives within a shared release window.
  • Develop and distribute release communication packages, including deployment notices, Hypercare updates, and stakeholder readiness communications.
  • Create executive-ready dashboards and reporting for delivery status, defect trends, and stabilization progress.
  • Leverage Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint to enable transparent collaboration.
Salary Range $120,000 -$128,000 years
