Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management and development to ensure high performance and safety compliance Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels through regular audits and effective control measures Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to meet operational targets Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Operate and oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, forklifts, and other mechanical equipment safely and effectively Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse operations Manage logistics partnerships, including third-party logistics providers (3PL), to optimize supply chain performance Skills Extensive experience in warehouse management, including supervision of warehouse teams and distribution centers Proficiency in inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling, and heavy lifting techniques Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment like forklifts and RF scanners Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements using lean management strategies Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for workplace safety Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes and logistics coordination with 3PL providers Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment Join us as a Warehouse Manager where your leadership fuels operational excellence!
