In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless coordination of inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize supply chain efficiency, and foster a safety-first environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced warehouse environment while contributing to the overall success of our supply chain operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient workflow execution. Supervise warehouse supervisors and frontline staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety standards. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and established control procedures to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies. Coordinate dispatching and internal logistics activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and operational continuity. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, forklift safety standards, and company warehouse policies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, order accuracy, and labor efficiency to maintain operational performance. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements to enhance workflow and service levels. Develop workforce schedules and staffing plans to optimize labor utilization and meet operational demands. Skills Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a distribution or logistics environment. Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic inventory control procedures. Ability to monitor and interpret operational KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, and labor efficiency. Solid leadership skills with experience supervising frontline teams and warehouse supervisors. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and forklift safety standards. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for reporting and operational tracking. Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.
