In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure efficient logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, maintain safety standards, and foster a productive team environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about streamlining warehouse functions to support overall business success. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of warehouse distribution, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing clear direction, training, and motivation to achieve operational excellence. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow. Operate and supervise the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to facilitate safe and effective movement of goods.
