Warehouse Manager / Supervisor

Duties Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate processing. Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain precise stock records and facilitate inventory control. Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, optimizing space utilization and process flows for maximum efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to uphold safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee forklift operations and mechanical equipment maintenance to support heavy lifting and materials handling tasks safely. Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance overall warehouse productivity. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for shipping & receiving operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all logistics functions. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution or e-commerce environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and AS400 platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent team management skills. Hands-on experience with forklift operation, heavy lifting, and materials handling equipment. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety procedures. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance is a plus. Experience working with 3PL providers, shipping & receiving processes, and logistics coordination is highly desirable. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
