The expectation is for you to be proficient enough in many functions to do yourself, train others, and to make sure there's efficiency in our procedures and process. Besides being someone who's good at doing it, you should also be a good theorist. Create SOPs and think, how can we do this so that it's done more quickly and effectively? With ecommerce, the margins count!

Some background of warehouses/business processes:

• Ceramic ornaments, mugs, and t-shirts are made in-house. We are rapidly innovating and exploring new industries that we can do in house and you'd be instrumental in it's execution.
• We have a supply chain for many of our items, so there's plenty of boxes and shipments that come in with our items.
• You're the bridge: communication with our virtual team who's intertwined in many of our processes such as customer service, graphic design, personalized order fulfillment, shipments, etc.
• Hire and train lots of new people, especially during the holiday rush. Or, hire and watch over the person that trains new people.
• Be scrappy, we're a startup. Make sure we're not getting ripped off by anyone, for example utilities, contractors, employees, or other partners of the business.
• Deal with spontaneous situations.

As we grow quickly, we see new things and deal with a lot of the unexpected, so many decisions will have to be made. A lot of it may come down to attention to details and catching things that seem off and can cost us.

Mandatory Attributes:

• Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask and work with others
• Genuine Leadership and ability to make quick decisions that may be "off the book".
• A love for our products is an absolute must.

• Ability to build processes and SOPs, and in rarer cases, new roles (e.g. a Returns Department).
• Complete unwavering commitment to what you do
• Comfort on the very rare occasion of talking to a customer on the phone.
• Deal with an experience that is not bureaucratic and corporate. Roles exist, but aren't so stratified.
