$65,000 - $70,000 yearly Excellent benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance Paid vacation, PTO, 401K, and more A team that feels more like family Growth opportunities with a company that's been thriving for decades The Position As a Warehouse Operations Manager , we need someone who's ready to lead from the floor—not from behind a desk. This is not an administrative-only position. You'll be immersed in all aspects of our operation, learning the business from the ground up while making a direct and lasting impact. We're looking for someone with: ✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills. ✔️ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment ✔️ At least 1 year of management experience in a furniture distribution center What You'll Do Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery. Roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with your team when needed—lead by example. Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and team culture. Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders. Route delivery trucks in coordination with Branch Managers to ensure smooth, efficient service. Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams. Handle delivery issues as they arise—creatively and proactively. Manage triage, inspect returned product, and approve inventory for restocking. Who You Are A proactive problem solver who doesn't shy away from a challenge. A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in to get the job done. A team builder who can inspire and develop a crew that delivers results. Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills. Physically capable —able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, and stay active throughout the day. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Qualifications Previous experience managing a furniture warehouse (residential) strongly preferred. Proven leadership in team rebuilding and operational improvement. Forklift certified or willing to obtain AFR certification. Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and managing operational KPI.
