Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering ME, BS, BE or equivalent desired Five Years + HVAC industry experience Mechanical system knowledge- Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients. Understanding and utilization of ASHRAE standards. Engineering
- Provide recommendations to modify, repair or replace and to document those recommendations. Estimating/ Pricing
- Estimate cost of proposals and apply company pricing standards to estimate. Project Management
- Manages people, materials and budget and documents job progress until closing. Account Expansion
- Understand the customer and their facilities. Able to translate that understanding into proposals and sales that enhance the customer's requirement. Market Development
- Identifies prospects in assigned market. Identify customer needs and develop active backlog of project quotes. Customer Relations
- Promptly address customer concerns and resolve with the intent of maintaining a long term relationship. Company Relations
- Build and maintain positive rapport and working relationships with all West Jersey personnel to resolve problems, gain opportunities and maximize profit. Documentation
- Prepare complete, clear and concise reports, proposals, required company paperwork as required. Maintain support information relative to ongoing work. Special Projects
- Provide support for any special projects assigned.
