Dispensary fulfillment manager

Cannabis City 137 -is a licensed dispensary. We are looking for a strong retail team member to work at the dispensary as fulfillment manager (PM) If you're dependable, customer-focused, have management experience and interested in the cannabis industry, this is an opportunity to get in early and grow with us. What You'll Be Doing Greet customers and create a welcoming environment Run POS and handle cash transactions accurately Answer product questions and make recommendations Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked Support day-to-day retail operations Educate customers on cannabis products in compliance with NJ regulations Guide customers through product options responsibly Fulfill orders and run inventory audits manage and develop budtenders What We're Looking For 21+ years old Spanish-speaking (conversational proficiency) preferred Reliable and punctual Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting Strong communication skills Must be available nights and weekends Retail or sales experience Smoke shop or cannabis experience Management experience We're building a team that's professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of the responsibility that comes with cannabis retail.
