The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring goods are stored, handled, and distributed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping flooring materials and supplies Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; accept or reject as needed Maintain organized warehouse space, ensuring proper storage of hardwood flooring products Track and manage inventory. Enter and maintain accurate data in the warehouse/inventory system Coordinate deliveries and materials for customer orders and installation projects Work with sales, customer service, and project teams to meet delivery schedules Supervise and train warehouse staff Enforce safety procedures and keep the warehouse clean and hazard-free Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, scheduling repairs as needed Ensure quality and accuracy of all incoming and outgoing products Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues Follow company policies and complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience directing/coordinate warehouse activities
• Supervisory experience that includes coaching and handling employee performance issues
• Effective communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate a computer and learn software systems
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; climb ladders, manually handle (carry, lift, push) objects that may weigh up to 50lbs.

Pay:

$29.00 - $33.00 per hour
