This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming inventory shipments Verify quantities, inspect goods, and update inventory systems Communicate with warehouse and management regarding stock levels and discrepancies Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner Issue credits and resolve order-related issues Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

Prior experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or customer service (preferred) computer skills (Excel, email, inventory systems) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience in consumer electronics industry is a plus
