This is a program-ownership and governance role. You will own assembly project execution end to end, build the KPI and SOP framework that all sites operate against, lead a small global team of analysts and coordinators, and drive cross-site issues to closure. Site Fulfillment Managers run day-to-day warehouse execution; you make sure the enterprise works to one standard, sees the same numbers, and resolves the problems that cross facility lines. You will thrive here if you lead through data, standards, and structured follow-up, and you are comfortable driving accountability across teams you do not directly manage. Main Tasks Assembly Primary operational ownership of assembly, kitting, labeling, packaging, and rework projects across all PGS360 locations. Confirm every project launches with approved customer instructions, mock-ups, quality criteria, production targets, materials, and deadlines in place. Monitor production progress, labor productivity, quality results, and completion against plan; lead post-project reviews on major programs. Enterprise Standards, KPIs & Reporting Define and maintain the Fulfillment and Assembly KPI framework, and deliver a single consolidated performance view to operational and executive leadership. Lead standardization of workflows, SOPs, checklists, controls, and reporting templates across locations, and audit adoption. Separate isolated site issues from systemic trends requiring process, system, training, or leadership intervention. Cross-Site Coordination & Issue Closure Own the corrective-action process for cross-site and systemic operational issues: root cause, owner, action plan, deadline, verification. Coordinate across Fulfillment, Assembly, Inventory Control, Transportation, Customer Service, HR, Finance, and IT on multi-site matters. Escalate material customer, capacity, quality, inventory, or service risks with a clear recommendation and named owner. Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement Lead, coach, and manage performance for the Global Fulfillment & Assembly Team. Use operational data to prioritize improvement opportunities, then partner with IT and site users to test, implement, and sustain them. Requirements 5+ years in fulfillment, warehouse operations, assembly/kitting, logistics, or supply chain, including at least 2 years in a multi-site, supervisory, or program-ownership capacity. Demonstrated experience building and running operational KPIs, reporting, and corrective-action processes. Strong working knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, outbound shipping, and assembly/kitting quality controls. Proven ability to drive results across teams and locations through standards, influence, and structured follow-up. Advanced Microsoft Excel, plus hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and operational dashboards. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience. Background in 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, contract packaging, or value-added services. Experience leading remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones. Experience writing SOPs from scratch and driving adoption across independent sites. Exposure to multi-country operations, customs, or cross-border inventory movement.
