Job Description

SUMMARY Terminal Construction Corporation is seeking a dependable, high-character, and versatile Construction Operations & Yard Manager to support the daily operations of the company. This hands-on position is responsible for transporting materials, maintaining the company's yard, vehicles, and facilities, and serving as a trusted operational resource to the Company President and Owner through a wide variety of business-related responsibilities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick up, deliver, load, and unload construction materials and equipment. Receive, organize, and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the company's Main Office, yard, and warehouse. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Assist with facility maintenance and general operational support. Serve as a trusted resource to the Company President and Owner by performing a wide variety of business-related tasks, errands, and assignments. Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment while representing the Company and working independently. Respond to changing project needs and perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent trailer towing experience preferred. Experience in construction, yard operations, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and equipment. Forklift experience or certification preferred.• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay:
$71,760.04 - $100,000.00 per year
